Falling in love with Real Estate was unexpected. I'd decided early on that a career with rigid rules would be wrong for me.  I'm an introverted, extrovert so a box I felt comfortable in was hard to find. The problem with this thought process is I still had ME as a major part of the equation. I thought my goals for my life and my children's children's lives were the focus. Tea with an elder helped me slide on a new pair of shades.

Even before I could recognize the pattern, everything I'd ever done was in service of others.  There I was working hard to achieve my personal goals when really I was just a blind little keeper of the light born to assist in the forward movement of others.

Accepting that your life is not your own can be liberating. This revelation is the marker bleeding through the pages of the coloring book. It's infecting the whole TREALTY team. We practice comfortably knowing that customer satisfaction is first and the check is the byproduct.

We are having fun changing lives and driving in our own lane. The best is yet to come.
